Tracking of inventory operations and Biometric-RFID access for people and goods

One of our clients near Varese, in Northern Italy, is a fast-growing company which we helped in solving two nagging problems.

Firstly, they wished to install a digital Time & Attendance system, that could track data in real time, even from a distant premise. Secondly, they were looking for a device that could allow access to the warehouse only to authorized personnel. This feature was considered crucial to ensure the correct tracking of inventory, on the basis of production orders.

INDEVO s.r.l. supplied the company with Smart Bin Access. Thanks to a single tool with biometric RFID technology, it is now easy to supervise access to the premises and track inventory operations and supervise the collection of goods from storage containers in the warehouse.

In addition, our Time & Attendance system allows to calculate the effective working hours of each employee of a cost centre and of each worker assigned a job order.
Smart Bin Access is connected to the company’s wi-fi system, but it also allows notifications via e-mail or SMS. What’s more, our client can now access real-time reports on inventory and attendance on the product website.
