Product tracking with IOTAR and augmented reality in the production phase.

Zautomation’s INDEVO s.r.l. division applied the IOTAR solution for tracking products in industrial production.

One of our customers from Como had the need to verify the traceability of products from the reception of the semi-finished goods from their suppliers to all the processes carried out inside the own production chain.

We have integrated our IOTAR suite for the control of the entire route carried out by raw materials that are subsequently transformed into semi-finished products and end in a finished product. Registration and verification of the arrival of the raw materials, their processing, analysis of the steps of the semi-finished products, the creation of the product, sorting on the different End of line, printing codes for packaging, its packaging, storage in stock and the final shipment.

Mantenere “lo storico” delle materie prime dei semilavorati quali elementi di partenza della produzione, tracciare le diverse fasi di lavorazione, catalogare le campionature e l’esito dei relativi test, tutto questo consente di ottenere una totale tracciabilità/rintracciabilità di un prodotto finale. IOTAR consente di gestire con facilità ogni singola attività, guidando gli operatori nelle diverse fasi di lavorazione e di verifica, ottimizzando tempi e risorse, con azzeramento di errori o di dannosi blocchi alla produzione.
