Our client is a leader in the manufacture of gearboxes for the industrial, mobile and automation sectors. The company was looking for a more streamlined method to automate its quality certification process.

Zeyegrid uses an optical system to count the exact number of motor revolutions by looking into grid holes..

With our help our client was able to get rid of supervision systems based on unpractical and sometimes complicated encoders, which needed to be placed in the shaft of medium-sized or large motors.

Thanks to our system they can now supervise all gearboxes with a lightweight, small, and easy-to-use tool.
