IOTAR VISION automates optical inspection for fabric inspection.
The system works directly on the frame for production companies or at the end of the line for industrial laundries for bending and/or dirty or broken fabrics.
This system automatically detects typical weaving defects caused by the malfunctioning of the frame (double weft, missing wire, overflowing etc.), but can also be used to perform for example dimensional checks (as in the case of filters) or for bending control and/or dirty or broken fabrics. The advantages deriving from the adoption of such a system are realized in an immediate increase of quality having the certainty that the totality of a product re-enters in the predetermined parameters.
