Whether your products are small screws or cosmetic caps, the system handles them all. The rotating table and high-resolution cameras adapt to any geometry. You don’t need to change machines when switching products, such as:
But that’s not all: the cosmetics version offers greater versatility and is also suitable for plastic, metal, and small components typical of the beauty industry.

Step 1 – Automatic feeding
The parts are loaded into a vibrating hopper that orients them and conveys them in a controlled manner onto a linear guide. The parts arrive one after another at the rotating table.
Step 2 – 360° Inspection on Rotating Table
The rotating table transports each individual part in front of up to 5 high-resolution cameras. Each camera checks a different aspect:
Step 3 – Selective Automatic Rejection
When a part fails one of the inspections, the system identifies it and, at the end of the cycle, automatically ejects it using a controlled air jet into one of the reject bins (sorted by defect type). Passing parts proceed to the good product outlet, ready for packaging.
Guaranteed precision on any part
Industrial cameras offer resolutions of up to 5 megapixels with adjustable ring lighting. Whether you’re inspecting thousands of small metal parts or hundreds of cosmetic caps, the results are always precise. No more defective parts reaching the customer. No more complaints.
True traceability
The PLC records the following for each batch: number of parts inspected, type and quantity of defects by category, date, and time. Complete production logs and audit trails. Perfect for regulated industries (automotive, cosmetics).
Multiplied productivity
Inspect up to 300 parts per minute (VISION-300 model). A single operator can handle volumes that previously required three or four visual inspection staff.
Scalability without replacements
The system is designed to grow. You can start with 2 cameras and add a third, fourth, and fifth at any time. The central PLC and software are already configured. No structural modifications, no hidden costs.
Adaptability to different part formats
Part changeover is quick and easy (less than 10 minutes). Simply replace the feed guide, and the PLC memory loads the inspection parameters. The system adapts without special tools.
