Developing a modular, precise software architecture with a state-of-the-art user interface (HMI) requires specific skills that may go beyond the internal core business. The real challenge is finding a partner who does not just \u201cwrite code\u201d but understands the physics of deep drawing and the real needs of the end market.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The Project: Partner for the Development of the New Control System<\/strong><br\/>We were hired as industrial software specialists to provide consulting and technical support to the internal research and development team of a well-known manufacturer of hydraulic presses. The common goal was ambitious: to contribute to the creation of a new control software platform for a series of high-performance machines.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Our Support in Collaboration (Focused on Software):<\/strong><br\/>Working closely with the customer&#8217;s engineers, our contribution focused on key aspects of the software:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PLC Consulting and Development:<\/strong> We collaborated on translating complex process requirements (force control, work cycles, pressure management) into robust and efficient control algorithms, providing code and know-how for advanced, synchronised management of machine functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HMI Design and Implementation:<\/strong> Working alongside the design department, we helped develop the operator interface.
